How it works

Small groups, real access, every detail handled.

A delegation is a short, intense program built around one industry question. Here is how we design and run one, from the thesis to the follow-up.

The method

Seven steps

01

Industry thesis & destination

We start with a question an industry is asking, and go where it is being answered first.

  • One industry per program, never a generic tour
  • Destination chosen for depth of access, not for the postcard
02

Curation of the group

12 to 15 senior executives, invited and vetted for seniority and relevance.

  • C-level, VPs, directors, owners and board members
  • A mix of countries and companies that makes the room richer
  • Each participant shares their priorities before we finalise the agenda
03

Itinerary design

Five days, built with hosts and speakers around what the group needs to learn.

  • A balance of sessions, site visits, roundtables and 1:1 meetings
  • Every host receives a profile of the delegation in advance
04

Site visits

Operating sites where the change is happening: plants, fulfilment centres, terminals, labs, flagships.

  • Small enough to walk the floor and ask real questions
05

Closed-door sessions

Keynotes, firesides and roundtables under the Chatham House rule.

  • No press, no recording without consent
  • No sales pitches, in either direction
06

Logistics

Everything on the ground, handled end to end.

  • Hotels, transfers, meals and venues
  • Interpretation English–Spanish (and Portuguese on request)
  • Security coordination and a program director on site, 24/7
  • Pre-departure briefing and travel guidance
07

Follow-up

The week is the beginning. We help turn it into decisions and relationships.

  • A written synthesis and each company’s 90-day plan
  • Introductions between participants and hosts, only when both sides want them
  • A check-in at 30 and 90 days
A day on a delegation

Dense, but never rushed.

  • 08:30 · Keynote or closed-door session
  • 10:30 · Site visit at an operating facility
  • 13:00 · Working lunch with a host or peers
  • 15:00 · Start-up showcase, demo or roundtable
  • 17:30 · Facilitated debrief: what applies at home
  • 20:00 · Dinner, or an evening at leisure

FAQ

Questions

How large is a delegation?

Between 12 and 15 executives. Small enough for real conversation, large enough to matter to a host.

In what language are sessions held?

Hosts present in English or their own language; we provide professional interpretation into Spanish, and Portuguese on request.

Are the companies and speakers confirmed?

We name hosts and speakers only after they confirm. Until then, our agendas describe sites generically.

Can a program be built for one company?

Yes. Alongside open delegations we design private programs for a single company’s leadership team.
