Questions

Frequently asked

Who can join a delegation?
Senior executives (typically heads of digital, customer experience, operations or the C-suite) at leading Latin American retailers, consumer brands, banks and telcos. Participation is by invitation; you can request one below.
How is each group composed?
For seniority, relevance to the theme and a mix of countries, so that peers learn from each other. We keep it to 12–15 people.
Are the speakers and hosts confirmed?
Not yet. We are inviting hosts now and publish a name only once that person or company has confirmed. Until then the program shows the kind of session, not who leads it.
What is included?
The full program, private ground transport, interpretation, curated meals and dinners, briefing materials and a written synthesis afterwards. Fees and what they include are shared with invited participants.
What language are sessions in?
Most hosts present in English. We provide professional English–Spanish interpretation, and the delegation’s own materials are in Spanish.
How do you handle travel safety?
We follow official travel advisories, work with licensed local security and transport providers, and keep the program adaptable. If conditions require it, we will reschedule and tell participants early.
When will the exact dates for Milan, Hamburg and London be announced?
One per quarter of 2027: Milan in April, Hamburg in September, London in November. Exact dates are announced soon. Register your interest and we will write to you first.
I would like to host or speak. How does that work?
We ask for 45 to 60 minutes, come to you, and handle the briefing, interpretation and logistics. There is no fee to present and no sales pitch in either direction.
